Benevilla’s 35th Anniversary Gala, celebrating 35 years of compassion, was a huge success.
Over one hundred and sixty of Benevilla’s closest friends and donors came out on January 30, 2016 , for an evening of fine dining, dancing, and to support the important work Benevilla does for the community.
This year’s celebration included the purchase of keys for a chance to open a treasure chest filled with exciting gifts and prizes valued at $5,800, and a Fund the Mission moment where guests had a chance to directly donate to support Benevilla and the people we serve. Congratulations to Conrad and Aubrey Graff for winning the treasure chest prize.
Music for the evening was provided by the Richard Palalay Trio during cocktail hour and the Santan Swing Band, featuring Bridget Maynes, following dinner.
Benevilla was honored to have Kathy Linton serve as the event’s committee chair. Her inspired leadership, ideas and enthusiasm helped to make this a truly memorable event. In addition, Benevilla would like to thank Adam Carlat, Kelly Crane, Colleen McKemie, Luke Anderson, Barbara Heinemann, Cathy Ross, Richard Stuckey and Patrick McDermott for giving so generously of their time and talents as the 35th Anniversary Gala event committee.
“It was truly a magical evening celebrating Benevilla’s past 35 years and all those who have been an instrumental part of the journey,” said Sara, Benevilla Vice President of Fund Development, “We are excited to see what the future of Benevilla will hold.”
