An Arizona native, Chef Amperse graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1994 and has worked around the state at several restaurants including Sedona’s L’Auberge Resort and Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
Chef Amperse was recognized for his creativity and excellence when in 2010 when he took top honors in a field of 21 competitors as the Ultimate Chef for the region.
Since joining Benevilla, Chef Amperse has streamlined the menu to maximize quality and customer service. The menu includes many items that take advantage of local farms providing ingredients that are fresh and seasonal.
