Benevilla´s Volunteer Home Services program gives clients that extra assistance. Some need support for short periods and others require long-term support. Whether you receive all or some of our Home Services, all clients are met by the most kind hearted, caring volunteers you could ask for.

Volunteer Home Services Offers You:

Grocery Shopping - Home Service Coordinators collect your grocery needs for the week and volunteers shop at participating Safeway stores for your needs and deliver them to you.
Transportation - Volunteers pick you up at your home and transport you to your medical appointments. The volunteer waits for you and takes you home so you don't have to wait for your ride.
Business Assistance - Trained volunteers meet you at your home and help you sort through your personal, business and financial matters. This is often helpful to those who have lost a spouse who handled all of the family business.
Handypersons - Skilled volunteers come to your home to make minor repairs for those who cannot make them themselves, such as changing a light bulb, installing grab bars in the rest room or even helping to fix a leaky faucet.
Friendly Visitors & Phone Pals - Friendly volunteers come to your home and keep you company. Together you and your friend can discuss fun topics or work on a craft project together. Phone Pals will call you on a regular basis to see how you are doing and enjoy a conversation with you.

Volunteer based services are available to those that have limited resources, whether it be financial limitations, or if they are living in the Northwest Valley isolated from family and friends that can help.
