Gift OptionsGifts of financial support are extremely valuable in continuing the mission of Benevilla throughout the communities we serve.
Bequests in Wills or TrustsThese documents protect those you want to remember and provide for: your family, your friends, and charities. Benevilla can be given a specific dollar amount, a percentage of the remainder of your estate, or named a contingent beneficiary if no heirs survive. Charitable Gift AnnuityPurchase a gift annuity of at least $10,000. Income is guaranteed based on your age at the time of the gift and you receive a current income tax deduction. Payments are made at least annually, partially tax free, through your life expectancy. Charitable Remainder TrustManaged by a trustee appointed by the donor. Income generated by the trust is paid to one or more beneficiaries specified by the donor (for example, the donor, a spouse, or children). Beneficiaries receive income for as long as they live or for a specified number of years, not to exceed twenty. After the lifetime of the beneficiaries, the assets pass to Benevilla. Life Insurance PolicyName Benevilla as beneficiary, or ownership rights can be transferred to Benevilla, getting a current income tax deduction and deductions on all future premiums paid by donor. Retirement AccountsName Benevilla as beneficiary, eliminating estate and income taxes. Benevilla uses computer software to provide you with proposals on many planned giving vehicles, detailing the tax advantages of each. Lifetime membership is achieved for those that have donated $25,000 to Benevilla. Donor Categories - Donor Wall
In addition to the naming opportunities detailed above, a donor wall will be prominently located on the campus as a permanent reminder - for generations to come - of those whose interest and generous support have made Benevilla's success a reality. The donor wall will be inscribed with either the donor's name, in memory of, or in honor of, as specified by the donor.

Humanitarian Leadership Club
The Humanitarian Leadership Club honors those who donate a minimum of $2,500 annually. Lifetime membership is achieved by those who have donated $25,000 to Benevilla. The goal of the Humanitarian Leadership Club members is to raise funds annually to support our friends and neighbors in the West Valley.
Membership Benefits
All members of the Humanitarian Leadership Club are automatically members of Benevilla's donors, the Humanitarian Society. Other benefits include having your name(s) listed in the Benevilla Annual Report, exclusive invitations to the annual dinner gala and other Great Mind Awesome Hearts events, and the satisfaction of knowing you made a difference in someone's life.
Legacy Circle
In November 1998, Benevilla created the Legacy Circle as a way to say thank you to a very special group of donors in our community. The Legacy Circle acknowledges those who have remembered us in their estate plans.
Legacy Circle membership is effective immediately. There are no dues and no meetings. What you receive is recognition and our sincerest thank you for supporting the community. However, your biggest reward will be the one your heart feels from knowing you made a difference in someone's life.
By including Benevilla in your estate plans, you ensure that your friends and neighbors continue to receive the quality in-home care and support, adult day care programs, care management and many other important services that help them to continue to live independently in their own homes now and in the future.
Professional Friends
Professional Friends of Benevilla's Legacy Circle was formed in 2001. It recognizes those individuals specializing in estate law, accounting, securities, financial planning, real estate, insurance, banking and trust administration who have assisted individuals in charitable gift planning or participated in Benevilla's Life Planning Series.
