WIRTZIE’S PRESCHOOL & DAYCARE


LEAD TEACHER
Location: Main Campus, Surprise, Arizona (Relocation not provided).
Work Hours:
Preschool Classroom (ages 3-4 years)- Full Time / 40 hours per week / 8am – 4:30 or 5pm / Monday – Friday
Wobbler’s Classroom (ages 1-2 years)- Full Time / 40 hours per week / 8am – 4:30 or 5pm / Monday – Friday
Rate of Pay:  $16.47 per hour.

What will you be doing? Leader in each classroom, display support and guidance to other teachers. Present developmentally appropriate activities which will assist each child in developing to their fullest potential and to support and respect the family diversity of each child. Provide a safe, warm, nurturing environment in which each individual child can grow physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

What qualifications do you need? Associates Degree with 12 college credits in early childhood education/development plus minimum 2 years current/recent experience teaching in early care & education classroom preferred. Fingerprint clearance card, CPR, negative TB/chest X-ray.

TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
Location: Main Campus, Surprise, Arizona.
Work Hours:
Infant Classroom (ages 6 weeks to 1 year)- Monday-Friday / Full Time / 40 hours/week / 8am – 4:30 or 5pm.
Toddler Classroom (ages 2-3 years)- Monday – Friday / Full Time / 40 hours/week / 8am – 4:30 or 5pm.
Pre-K Classroom (ages 4-5 years)- Monday – Friday / Full Time / 40 hours/week / 8am – 4:30 or 5pm.

What will you be doing? Work in coordination with Lead Teacher to present developmentally appropriate activities which will assist each child in developing to their fullest potential and to support and respect the family diversity of each child. Provide a safe, warm, nurturing environment in which each individual child can grow physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. May be assigned to work in a variety of classrooms enriching the lives of children between the ages of 0 to 5 (infant to pre-k).

Pursuing or have received High School diploma/GED equivalent. Prefer 1 year experience teaching in early care & education classroom. Primary Location: West Valley Life Enrichment Program – Peoria, Arizona.
Rate of Pay: $14.50 per hour.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday: 9:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours week).
Fridays: 10:00am – 3:00pm or 4:00pm (5 to 6 hours per week).

What will you be doing? – Enriching the lives of Adult Day Program members by assisting members with individualized activities, personal hygiene, and meals.

High School diploma/GED equivalent and 1-2 years current/recent experience in Adult Day Program, Adult Group Home or as in home caregiver serving elderly members. FACILITIES MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Primary Location: Surprise, AZ.
Available shifts: Monday through Friday / Full Time 40 hours per week.

What will you be doing? Perform, plan, direct and coordinate all facility maintenance and ensure proper safety, sanitation and mechanical functions for the facilities including grounds and maintenance. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.

Location:

What will you be doing? BENEFITNESS ADAPTIVE GYM

FITNESS EXERCISE COACH – On Call/As Needed
Location: Surprise, AZ.
Work Hours:
On Call / As Needed / 8:00am – 4:00pm / Monday through Friday. Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice.
Rate of Pay: $20.10 per hour – ($25 per hour with National Certification).

What will you be doing? Provide engaging person-centered directed exercise programming, which includes relationship-based meaningful and individualized exercise programs, providing choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body’s ability.  This position receives supervision from the Director of BeneFitness. This position is an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and assists with enriching the daily lives of the members.

What qualifications do you need?
High School diploma or GED certification and (3) three years of experience that could include: working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer or exercise coach. Must have proof of negative TB test (within the last 6 months) and Level 1 Fingerprint card. Must possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED and first aid certifications.(Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain).
